Vice Chair Baron “Barry” Willis has served as a regular district member on San Diego LAFCO since 2019. Mr. Willis separately has served as an elected Director for the Alpine Fire Protection District since 2018. Mr. Willis is a licensed insurance broker and alumni of the University of California at San Diego.
Vice Chair Willis’s current term ends on May 2027.
