Commissioner Jo MacKenzie has served as a regular district member on San Diego LAFCO since 2015. Ms. MacKenzie separately has served as an elected Director for the Vista Irrigation District since 1992 representing portions of the Cities of San Marcos and Vista as well as the unincorporated community of Twin Oaks Valley. Ms. MacKenzie is a land use planner.
Commissioner MacKenzie’s current term ends on May 2028.
